The reviews are back up and she's addressed most of the 1-stars. This is definitely positive action.

That's excellent news! I'm glad that's being dealt with :)

Shes begging people for positive reviews on twitter and giving sob stories...

Too little too late.

I'm hoping that it's a step in the right direction... time will tell. If they've learned from this mess (which clearly didn't just happen to a couple of people in October like she claimed on Twitter) then in the new year they'll be able to only take the orders they can fill and will be trying for some division between their personal lives and their business.

I'm not thrilled that they're spinning this as one unhappy person who's overreacting since this post was after I gave them three chances to respond to me and got nowhere with them. Also not thrilled that one of the trolling posts happens to come from their IP address. Both of those things are taking a business matter to a personal place.

Also, savvy customers will note that all of the good reviews came in on one day and the bad ones were all addressed on that same day after being ignored for over a month. That knee jerk reaction isn't going to do a lot of good.

Well hopefully since she's asking for the reviews that's still up there and so people who are looking into the company will see that and be able to draw their own conclusions.

I think there certainly are happy customers out there. I just don't think that it's only a couple of people who are upset.

What I hope happens after she gets a break from shipping out soaps and is able to reflect she can seperate business and personal attacks. Maybe even set up a personal Twitter and a business one so that she's free to talk about her personal life without leaving herself open to people judging her store based on it.

I've never met her but from the way people are defending her I bet that both she and her husband are great people. They just need to work on figuring out some more customer relation skills and a seperation between their business and their personal lives.
