me too! I did make the Pannetone Bread pudding on Saturday. Everyone who ate it liked it. I think I'm a snob though, and I was going to make it to bring to a party, and then decided it would be the funny looking dish that no one wanted to eat (i put it in a bundt pan, so it didn't have pretty crusty goodness on top any more).
And then, I never got around to making an egg nog reduction for the topping, so it's in my fridge, 1/3 eaten, but none of it by me.
Which is crazy, because I couldn't stop thinking about making pannetone bread pudding with the half of pannetone I had in the kitchen.
