I've taken to saying 'Ah well' and ' oh alright then' all the time. So annoying - I don't want to be the girl who says 'Alright then' like Anne from the Enid Blytons who always said that food tasted so much better when eaten outdoors.

But that isn't the main thing of course - I read The Sea Gull and I liked it a lot, and now I feel a little guilty because I seem to like almost everything I read - I liked Pinter and Beckett and now Chekov though to be honest I didn't like Synge all that much. I'm afraid I've lost discretion or some such thing.

But the thing is that I've been living an aimless life for the past two months atleast and I don't know what I'll have to say for myself at the end of the year - That on Nov 15, I was more interested in trouser shopping than in starting Dracula.

I suppose age is catching up with me - let's go to the mall and buy nailpaint!
