I'm still here!

Still totally into k-pop, but now I've added k-drama to the mix to make me an even bigger k-nerd than before! Woohoo! I even bought a couple of Onggi, which are traditional Korean fermenting jars. I only have one, as there were Technical Difficulties on the large one, so I'm waiting for a new one and then I can start my year-long process of making doenjang (fermented soybean paste)! So excited.

Speaking of Korean food, I made kimchi in my Onggi instead of in the fridge, so it's too sour to eat on its own, but I will make some kimchi-jjigae (stew) tomorrow, which is always tasty. Yum!

Hope everyone is doing well! Is there anyone on LJ who still reads my posts? I am such a bad LJ-er! At least I read my flist every day, even though I don't post.
