Still addicted to all things Korean. Made a new batch of kimchi. Damn, I make good kimchi. Also made a fantastic noodle soup with homemade stock (with anchovies I had to gut and behead). And then, I made hoddeok, which is a yeast dough stuffed with cinnamon, brown sugar, and walnuts and then fried like a pancake. Holy god, it was amazing and a big hit with the parents, who aren't the world's biggest korean food fans.
