Finals are next week. Literature classes don't have finals, they have essays. The week before finals. Which is this week.
I didn't quite make it to class, but I just turned in the first - entitled (yes, seriously) "The Betty-Veronica Dichotomy in Pride and Prejudice, The Awakening, Wuthering Heights, 'The Americanization of Pau Tsu' and 'A New England Nun'". It's shorter than you'd think.
*tired*
Anyway, the other essay's due tomorrow. But I haven't got my peer review yet. But I also haven't done my peer review yet. Huh.
Also, psychology is great. At least, interesting. They have exams. I love exams. Very little work, either you know the material or you don't yay. I wish other classes had more exams, except that would be unfairly privileging people with exam-taking minds like me. I actually went to class yesterday and it was gender and therefore fascinating. Except I spent most of the time in a state of inarticulate rage because, while I like my teacher, OMG I HATE EVOLUTIONARY PSYCHOLOGY SO MUCH.
Yeah. Also my own experience, as a female child into dolls and logic puzzles and never sure whether I was more boy or girl (does this happen to other NT girls, or just me?), apparently didn't happen. Evidently this is that alternate universe where my repressed, traumatised heterosexuality lives, just waiting for me to meet "the right guy."
*tired*
less ranty 'also'; I wonder if there's any correlation between androgyny and asexuality? They've always been vaguely connected in my head, though I don't know if that's accurate or not.

gender,
asexuality
