Scroll about half way down. Mrs. Degen is interviewed. I had no idea she went to Wellesley. The horror...although I do respect her commitment to education.

Oh wow... it's too bad she couldn't go to med school. (It -would- mean not having her for a sub...) I'm glad things have changed since then!
I'm also glad you didn't have to interview with her or anything.

The thing is...if I'd been a good or devoted applicant, I probably would have had to. I bet she does interview for them...and interviews are "highly recommended". I didn't realize that until I'd already gotten in...but oh well, I lived. And if I'd had to interview with Mrs. Degen, I might not have.
