MOVING FORWARD!!!!
So last night was a beautiful night!!
Matt and I went to the Gene Autry Museum (an awesome cowboy museum) to go watch the Living Sisters and John Doe and Exene!
While there, I spoke to sat right next to Jemaine Clement, he is such a cool guy in person!!!!! Very intimidating though!
Becky Stark (of the Decemberists, back up for She & Him, Lavender Diamond, and the Living Sisters) invited me to be in her LA ladies choir!!!! They play at Largo all of the time and so many famous people are in it!
I am so excited, I have only dreamed to be in the LA ladies choir and Becky Stark, the choir director herself, wants me to sing in it!
Also, the bassist from the Red Hot Chili Peppers plays bass and Harper Simon plays guitar!
Not only that, she invited me to go to the She & Him show tomorrow!!
Going to every single one of the Living Sisters shows has finally payed off, they are finally seeing me as an equal, as a friend!!
