Anyways, this is already the finale! :O
Rules
+You have to enter five icons, you have to use one picture from each part.
+No blending of other pictures, you have to use the provided pictures, unless otherwise stated.
+Do not post your icons anywhere else before the voting for this round is over.
+Icons must be 100 x 100 pixels or less, and 40Kb or less, unless otherwise stated.
+The only participants who are allowed to enter this round are misstress_tink, numbly_breaking and wreckhead(formerly pushing_pin).
+Submit your icons as images and URLs in a comment to this post. Comments will be screened.
+If there are still any questions, ask them in a separate post.

This icon has to be 200x200 pixels, it can be a blend of screencaps, photoshoots or anything else, but Eliza has to be in it, of course!
And there has to be text on the icon, and not just a tiny text brush or these textures with text on it. I want you to write the text!
