Weekend Plans
It's been a crazy weekend so far - and it's Saturday morning.
The friends I have made here at Drake are into LARP. Live-Action-Role-Play, for those who don't know. It started as a live version of D&D, but we play the vampire version. I don't remember what it's called. So - that was my activity last night. Dressing up uber goth - I borrowed a dress - it was tight and had lots of zippers - had my hair and make - up done - and then looked rather dead in most of my photos.
I am not a character - I'm just an extra, so whenever they need someone to die - I die.
But it was really entertaining. All these college kids playing dress up and make believe - only it's more intenese than make believe - like an impromto play.
Then it was over to this guys room to watch Interview with a Vampire (which I've never seen all the way through.) We were offered (it was five girls to one guy) very fruity alcoholic drinks - several of which smelled like cough syrup. And when the guy, Collin, started getting tipsy he spoke in a very fake britih accent. It was funny.
Um - tonight is The Producers - it's a movie night.
And tomorrow all day is the Renaissance Fair. (in Des Moines.)
So I'm very busy, and have tons of drawing homework to accomplish - all at night. Which is yucky.
