Over on Jeff's Gameblog, he's posted a new entry called Rules for that ol' Kirk charm, which are from a gaming magazine.
My favourite part is the way that the fact that Kirk is unlucky in love and thus his normal Luck bonus does not apply is repeated twice in the rules. XD
