12 + hours of drinking.
holy hell.
i started the drinking at 4pm. the quest apparently was out of beer. so thank god limbeck shared theirs. hard liquor was not the route i wanted to go.
the show was amazing (as always). it was absolute awesomen-ness to see the limbeck boys.
ended up seeing finch after limbecks show. memories. specifically new york memores. ooh the adventures (stacee and i) had in new york with finch.
got lost from tiffany. so i sat at the load dock in search of people i knew. made friends with some named evan. i have no idea what band he was in or worked for. he had puffy hair and a nice smile. i appreciated him entertaining me some. jim called, on a way to a party in uptown. which sounded lovely. talked to nate and it was probably the first time in a long time where it wasnt akward. i loved it. i wanted to buy him a cocktail, but he was headed to shower.
instead i found tiffany and then said goodbye to the limbeck boys/kari at sawatdee. then headed to luce's for pizza and a beer.
after eating and making myself more drunk. we went to the party in uptown. which turned out to be lame. these people were entertained with bop-it and talking about mean girls the movie. eh. not exactly something that was mindblowing at my drunk state.
so instead i call up meghan and she offers to come get me so i can join the party at her house. whoa. that was fun. dance party action with claudette and jenn. meghan kept singing afternoon delight would would get all 4 of us to pretend we could harmonize. it was hilarious. even when we'd go outside we'd start the song and then get some random dude/dudette walking on the sidewalk to sing along. funny!
i think i finally passed out on meghans couch around 4am.
woke up to stella licking my face. made a face when meghan still wanted to go to breakfast. my stomach was BLAH. instead i requested being driven to my car which was still at tiffanys. i wanted to puke the whole car ride and even while i was back in my own bed to sleep it off.
woke up. watched a couple episodes of moonlighting. ate soup and green beans. finally convinced myself to attend my cousins going away party. that was fun. stayed clear of the beer which my cousins thought was nonsense. now im back home and working on my ipod. cause thats always fun.
