The moment she got back home to her Tower, Terra was back in her room and crashed on her bed within about 30 seconds. So that was certainly an interesting meeting. She sighed, a little emotionally tired (though probably nothing compared to Raven and Ran and the rest of the other team

Even though Beast Boy was faithfully keeping his eyes open, scanning the halls and jerking his head to the right and the left... somehow when Terra's blond head poked out of nowhere, BB let out a yelp, jumping straight up into the air.

"Dude!" Beast Boy cried, gasping for breath. "You scared me!"

Surprised by Beast Boy's cry of exclamation, Terra gasped and jerked back slightly. She hadn't thought she'd been loud at all, but she guessed he must have just been distracted. She tried not to smile at his reaction. Even when he didn't try, he had certain charm about the way he acted. Maybe it was the overuse of the word "dude", or the squeak his voice sometimes had. Whatever it was, it was kinda of ... cute.

The geomancer stepped into the hallway, apolegetic expression on her face. "Sorry. What are you ... doing?"

Terra's almost-hidden smile did not go unnoticed by the changeling, and his cheeks turned slightly red. He laughed nervously, reaching up one hand to scratch his head.

"Uhh... just... trying not to get killed."

As he spoke, BB heard a sound come from down the hall. It sounded like footsteps! Now, whether the little green guy was just being paranoid or not... he still freaked out.

"Ohcrap!" he muttered hurriedly, scrambling for Terra's door. He all but shoved her inside, clamoring in after her, and hurriedly shutting the door and leaning on it. His wide eyes darted around the room, as if for some reason Robin might be hiding in Terra's bedroom somewhere.

Terra stopped herself from chuckling at Beast Boy's reason for being absent at the Titans meeting. She couldn't help for a little sorry for him though, he seemed prone to doing stuff like that. And he was turning so red! It was undoubtably cute.

"Aww ..." she rolled over on her stomach to face him. "Were you up all night playing DDR? Last time we did that, I slept 'till like ... 10. That game'll wear you OUT."

A bit of a glint came to her sky blue eyes and she smiled a little. "We haven't done that in a long time, maybe when stuff cools down around here, would could do it again. I bet I'll beat you too." A playfully mischevious smile replaced the subtle one from before as she rest her chin in her hands.

As his blond-haired friend sort of changed the subject, Beast Boy immediately changed it with her. Missing the meeting didn't seem to bother Terra any... so maybe it shouldn't bother him either...?

"Yeah, right!" he cried, playfully punching her in the shoulder. "I beat you every time!"

"So right!" she retaliated, punching his shoulder back. Beast Boy was so much fun sometimes. It seemed like he could make even a really serious situation a little more light-hearted. It made him good to be around.

"You only won because I totally beat you in eating Starfire's sushi ice cream! And you've played it before. I could beat you easy now." On the last word, the geomancer poked her friend in the side.

Beast Boy laughed, dodging Terra's poke at just the last moment. Unfortunately the jerky movement caused the changeling to lose his balance, and he found himself tumbling quite ungracefully toward the floor. "Shoot!" he cried, morphing into a cat and landing expertly on all fours. After all. Cats always land right.

"Reeeear!" he meowed in cat form, leaping back onto the bed and crawling over to Terra's lap. He nuzzled her knee and looked up at her with an adorable kitty face.

"Hey, that's what the Indians named it, I mean, I guess they had good imaginations, it's not like they had video games or movies or anything. You should see Scorpius, it looks more like broken a snake than a scorpion."

Her eyes scanned over her ceiling right to where he pointed with his outburst of enthusiasm. Hey yeah, there it is."

Terra couldn't hold back a snicker at the pride Beast Boy was claiming to his powers. He was just so cute when he did that. She turned onto her side and smirked slightly.

"So I guess I should drag you into my room or onto the roof every night and stare and admire you instead?"

Beast Boy laughed at Terra's question, rolling his eyes and sitting up. "Well, you can if you want. But I hear that gazing from across the room is just as effective... or so my fans tell me."

Of course BB had fans! He got tons of fan mail all the time... but then, they all did, and Raven more than anyone. But that wasn't the point!

At Beast Boy's further elaboration, Terra giggle, sitting up herself to be at his level.

"Right right, okay. So I can watch the stars at night on my ceiling or in the sky, but I should admire you from across rooms during the day. Thanks for clearing that one up. So ... what else do you fans tell you?"

That should be interesting to hear. After all, Beast Boy seemed to have fans all across the world since he went to Tokyo.

Beast Boy was immediately -way- into what they were talking about. If there was one thing he loved discussing, it was his fans!

"Weeeeell, some things they say just aren't appropriate for mixed company." He laughed and stuck his tongue out at her.
