Where: Outskirts of town

"Hey, thanks... and can I get some extra sauce on it?" Kid Flash grinned at the blonde girl behind the counter. Oh, this pizza was just what he needed! After a long day of racing around the city, he was starting to feel tired. And everyone in town knew the best (and most delicious) way to refuel the tank: get one steaming, extra large everything-but-the-kitchen-sink pizza from Pablo's! Loaded with veggies, meats, and melty, cheese-filled crust that just oozed with grease... every hungry pizza-lover's dream!
...Now if it just didn't take so long to make the darn thing. Meh.
Kid Flash occupied himself with whistling, fidgeting, and making small talk with the young cashier. He couldn't really help talking to the girl; she was staring at him the whole time anyway, and it was rude to just bounce eyebrows back. He tapped his fingers on the counter and gave a light sigh. Topping-piled pizzas took too long to make. He was sure his stomach would eat itself if that oven didn't hurry up and cook his food!
"Oh! Okay, here you go, sir," said the girl at last, handing him his box with what he was sure was a wink. "On the house."
Kid Flash snickered. Free food... ah, the life of a well-known superhero. Flashing her a grin, he took the box and winked back. "Thanks!" he replied, and in a streak of red and yellow, he was out the door.
Now the question was: where should he eat it? There were plenty of places to hang out and enjoy a slice or two (or eight) of pizza around the city. Maybe if he looked hard enough, he'd find the Titans. It'd been a while since he'd seen Robin... maybe he was out on patrol or something? That seemed like a pretty Dick-ish thing to do this time of day. Well, he shouldn't be hard to spot. He was pretty easy to recognize in that--
...pink hair?
Screeching to a halt, Kid Flash did a double-take at the girl standing a couple blocks away. It was Jinx! A grin spread across his face. Oh, boy, she was just the girl he was looking for... after months of being gone, his pink-haired project had seemed to have gotten herself entangled in her old ways again. He'd seen her name in the news as being captured by the Titans-- and maybe he was just being ignorant here or something, but didn't that mean she was... a criminal? Yeah. Well, he wanted to know why.
"Hey! Jinx!" Kid Flash zipped in front of her and held out the pizza box. "Want a slice?" He smiled nonchalantly and snickered. Man, she had the best facial expressions.
