He's got money, and credentials. Er, but, he has all the personality of one of Kaiba's Virtual World NPCs. Really, it isn't much. Oh, and no comment on that last part. Couldn't say a thing. Anything I could say could be used against my brother. Really don't like imcrimnating him. Darkless sides not withstanding.

He was a normal student. Er, but he was never brainwashed. Really, never. Only time I can think of when someone had the chance was that one guy who came to visit.

Can't really say I'm for or against. Any good sister should support their brother's decisions on who to love. Rarely, though, advice such as advoiding certain bad choices are good. Don't want to feel naggy though.

I'm sure you're personalities wouldn't mesh well. Both of you aren't submissive, and are slightly controlling, and while you have extra charisma, he may just had been playing with you as a vie for power. Like in all those manga were the Villainess is just using the big boss who has a noble reason to get power for herself. Except here it's a princley male with a mishapen bindi.
