Heh. So I guess I just came out to the girls at my work.
Leanne, Jenna, Lydia and I were sitting in the lunch room talking about movies and actors and the like. Lydia said that Kate Beckinsale would totally be her crush if she were a lesbian.
Jenna, who is a lesbian, quipped, 'Yeah, totally, me too.'
Then she listed some of her if-I-were-straight boy crushes.
Sometime later, I mentioned Monica Belluci.
Lydia said, 'Oh, so that would be your lesbian crush?'
'Well, I'm bisexual so it doesn't really count,' I smiled.
The conversation continued. The world didn't implode.

Haha, I actually think I blushed after I said it.
But yeah, that's the first time I've done that in a group of new people, instead of letting folks get to know me and figure it out gradually.
