I am home!
I come bearing an excess of film swag [which I will disperse], many new Browncoat friends [not their physical selves but their contact info I mean], some good stories [which I will only recount if asked], maybe some pent-up squeeage [which I will definitely rein in if asked], and lamentably, no engagement ring [the only failure of the trip].
Go
here for loads of hi-res photos from the premiere and afterparty. [Especially of Jewel looking hotter and hotter, RYAN.] I was certain my memory was altered by the rosy glow of extreme happiness, but no, they really are all that gorgeous. It's ridiculous.
Go
here for even more photos, and some video from the red carpet, including two videos of Alan being absolutely adorable and without his scantily clad mystery date. [Grr. She danced to bad music. I saw it and it was not pretty.]
I have a good old-fashioned disposable camera that I still need to get developed, but when I do there will be some exclusive pictures up in here of Adam, Summer, that evil Mingo and prettier Fanty, some of the awesome props [including about eighty of the new Mule], and more.
Now I am possessed of a powerful need to shower.
Awww, my kitten missed me.
EDIT: Go
here, too! It's the trailer for Done The Impossible. I was interviewed for it on Thursday before the premiere and stayed to watch the rest of the interviews because it was incredible to listen to all the different perspectives. Ended up sitting with the filmmakers during the film, too. They are cool guys. [And it amuses me to see how many people I know in that trailer already.]
