I agree with my friend. Cropping is really good but you need to work on colouring and especially on texts: they pop too much and break the balance in the composition.
Hope you'll reapply :)

I love your cropping and the harmony in the compositions but you still need to improve blending and colouring so I agree with my friend.

About the feedback I think your power areas are cropping and blending while you need to work on colors and text (fonts and placement).

I really like some of your icons (great crop and fantastic coloring on tom welling and the peter pan one is just adorable, love the texture and the tiny text) but others are just not there yet. I think you need to practise more and find your own style because for now it's a bit messy for me.
