I love how you write Rose and the Meta Crisis 10.
I have written them quite often now, and find them very easy to write by now. :)
Very nice little family arrangement, and I especially like how you address that this 10 isn't human, or Time Lord, he just sort of is. And that works better for Rose than a human husband, because she's not that kind of woman anymore, she doesn't want that kind of thing.
I find them rather interesting. Especially love your 'he just sort of is because that's it, exactly. But there is also tension because it’s a ‘normal’ relationship and they have to make it work - there’s nowhere to run to.
It's also really neat that Rose is the one who, despite her nervousness at the situation, is happiest to meet another Time Lord. Though, I suppose this Rose never got anywhere near the Master.
This. She is very open to possibilities, and naturally hopeful and positive.
It makes sense for this 10 to be a little suspicious of the situation
Heh. Yeah, ‘too good to be true’ always proves itself to be that exactly, in his experience.
and of course from a "seeking new things" perspective this is an absolute field trip for the Seeker. (And he gets to be clever and break rules without doing any serious damage, which is Christmas for him, I believe.)

The isomorphic comment was hilarious. Nice way to break the tension.
He plays them beautifully.
All in all, I've never been a huge Rose/10 shipper but I love this a lot, thank you. <3
I find Rose a good POV character for observing others. Am glad you like.
