I haven't seen "The Event" but I'm watching the season premier of "Chuck" on my DVR right now while I get ready for work. Every 10-15 minutes they break in to tell me "Only 40 minutes until The Event!!" ""Only 30 minutes until The Event!!" and so on.

I haven't seen the event, and frankly I'm annoyed enough at the advertising that I'm planing to boycott, unless of course the LJ hivemind tells me it's actually worth watching...
