There was timey-wimey and reference to wearing vegetables! So cool - and I didn't record it. ::wailing and gnashing of teeth::

I loved the way the ending made it fit neatly into canon for the Christmas show too.

No worries... do you want John Barrowman singing, too?

The whole thing was sweet and funny and poignant and lovely and *just* right

Oh, I agree! It was beautiful and it was perfect!

I nearly *died*, because I remembered someone making a macro of Lucy months ago with the caption ‘The Master’s Beard’. :)

I just about hurt myself laughing... I ended up having to rewind the video a bit, because I was laughing so hard!

I especially liked the "not many men can wear a vegetable" or words to that effect!
And John Barrowman singing! For one glorious moment, when he said he had come straight from Cardiff and had brought with him - I thought Oh Lord, it’s James! But Doctor Who sketch was good too!

Heh. The Doctor is v. special in every way! :)

Darcy liked him!!! (Darcy was a chorister at Westminster when he was a boy, and is notoriously hard to impress!)

The Cherub pointed to the screen and said proudly: “Tocti Too!”

You have taught her well.

Reminds me of that time my brother's 2-year-old son chased me around the living room, growling and calling himself "Pike". Which is an unfortunate mix-up of Buffy boyfriends on his part, but I think he can be excused...

I have indeed. :)

Hee! The Cherub said 'Pike' for a while (it was one of her first words, but then that is the great thing about naming a pet after a fannish crush), but lately it's turned into 'Spikey' which is just too cute!

I'm very, very jealous as I can't seem to find it online!

couldn't find if online before work, so was clearly forced to surf at work. The whole "waiting until after work" thing was so not happening! :D

Well *obviously*!

Oh and I finished my fic - chapter 6 is here, and it even gained an unexpected epilogue. If you're in need of reading material... ;)
