It was a crappy day to drive...
Yup, crappy. Well, only crappy after the snow hit our great, well taken care of road out here in our development. Six cars ended up getting stuck...hubby's being one of the six and still up at the entrance about a mile away. It was just not going to make it all the way here to the house. I honestly hope they don't have school tomorrow because I really don't know how in the world I'm going to be able to get them up to the bus. Of course, hubby is taking off work so maybe he can take them up. Yeah, that's what I'll make him do! Oh, and btw, the kids were on their buses 2 hours today instead of the normal 45 minutes to an hour because of the roads being so bad out here and various wrecks. The buses ended up passing by one another...which was apparently way cool according to the kids!
Wow, has anyone been watching the lunar eclipse? Ya know, I don't think I've ever seen one before...I know I've seen solar eclipses or partial ones or whatever it is I've seen but they just didn't seem nearly as cool as the eclipse tonight! Way way way cool! And all the kids got to see as well! So, if they ever end up returning to school, they can tell their teachers what they saw!
Uhh, I guess that's it. I'm off to bed since I have to wake up around 5:30 or so anyway to see what they're doing about school and all. *shakes head* Why in the world can't they just decide at night and not early in the mornin? Cause frankly, once I'm up, I'm up and that totally sucks.
