Baking
Did some baking today, yum! I was pretty happy with how everything turned out, especially because I was trying some new recipes =)
Firstly PB & J Pie! PB & J is one of my favourite things, so I was so excited when I discovered it in pie form! You can find the recipe here! The pie crust comes from this recipe though I am going to search for another one, because it cracked a bit in the oven.
I have to work on presentation, food bloggers always have amazing photos.
Secondly; Rosewater cupcakes! The recipe is here, and is an adaption from the recipe book 'Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World'. I love the taste of the rosewater, next time I'm going to decorate them really prettily, maybe even make them into fairy cakes!
