...as I am actually posting!
The TV and film roles (much less the commercials) have been few and far between this year so far (an episode of "Sullivan and Son" and a fourth appearance on "Bones," and that's it), but it's turning into a good second half for theatre. I survived my first-ever live Broadway audition in June, putting me on the short list for possible future openings as Madame Morrible in "Wicked" (meaning that whenever one of the ladies playing her in NYC or in one of the two national tours gets tired of it, I could be summoned to get myself to the Big Apple to audition for Stephen Schwartz himself). Meanwhile, I've just been cast at the incredible A Noise Within
http://www.anoisewithin.org/ in Pasadena in Ferenc Molnar's "The Guardsman," to be directed by the amazing Michael Michetti. We start rehearsals at the end of August, and the show will run in rep this fall with Shakespeare's "Pericles, Prince of Tyre" and Beckett's "Endgame." Having had the pleasure of working with Michael before, I know I'm in a for a grand time. *dances*
