I saved a chair for my dad, in the fourth row on the aisle...

What is a daddy's girl supposed to do when she loses her father?

Jesse D Brimhall II...passed away at 12:55pm this afternoon. He was an amazing man. He was my hero. I think the hardest part about losing him, is that I know he's the reason why I am the way I am. He always told me that I could be anything. He was the one who dropped me off as a wide eyed freshman at Reilly Hall and told me that I would be running the theatre department in no time. He taught me to never settle for anything less than what I deserved. He also taught me to respect others, while not letting them trample all over you.

It was encouraging to discover today that my dad had been baptized when he was 12. Its just...a relief I guess. I'm happy that he's not suffering anymore. Because he was. I'm glad that he can watch over me from a better place, even though it'll be a long time until I see him again.

I can't even begin to describe how amazing every single one of my friends is. Without you, I'd be lost.
