You're such an amazing writer!
I've just started using LJ and am a huge Jate fan myself. You portray them reallyyyy well :)

Just one question, I noticed in the Jate community (how I found this fic) you posted it behind a cut? How do you do that?

thank you so much! that's such a nice thing to say. :) *hugs* And welcome to LJ! I was new back in January so I know what it's like to be a newbie and still be figuring things out.

This is how I post a fic:

In my own journal, I post the story under a cut, which is very simple. You just write:

< lj-cut text="what you want the cut to say here" >

******story goes here******

< /lj-cut >

You just have to take the spaces out between the <'s and the letters to make it work. I couldn't write the code like it actually appears or, well - it would turn into code and you wouldn't be able to see it!

So that's an lj-cut. Then when I post in a community, I post the link back to my journal entry so everyone who reads the story reads and replies in my own journal, not the community. i just take the URL address of the entry and create a link.

My Jack and Kate Story

Thank you so much, babe! I had the hardest time with this, getting started, but once I finally broke through the writer's block, it all just came out. Sure took it long enough! (I don't think I've ever waited so long to update a story in my life!) I wish feisty Kate would make a reappearance on LOST. I miss her and her badass fugitive self.

What e-mail? I don't think I did! Oh noes! Can you send it to me again?
