Oh, Yeah...
I forgot to update all the crap that's been going on here.
so kimi came over, finally got through all her training, trained with me for one night, and decided she didn't want to have that kinda of a work load, and quit. and I cried. I had been so close to finally getting off this shift and getting stuff done. I was very upset.
so now maurice (the GM) and I have decided that the NEXT night auditor-wannabe will start by watching me work. THEN if they still want the job, they can do their system training, then get my training. because this is just bullshit, now.
donald, the guy I went back to the ramada to train last year, wants my job. ...I just have to get a hold of him to tell him to reapply. he wants my job because of the benefits, of course, and he's bored over there. they took away all the busy work that I used to have a love-hate relationship with, and now he doesn't know what to do with himself all night. so hopefully I can get a hold of him this weekend, and maybe get to work with him next week. *crosses her fingers*
dennis (aka: superman) is no longer working here. he slacked off his entire shift saturday night (people tend to do the most slacking off when I won't be coming in that night), then he got the key to our restaurant freezer, got himself a steak, and cooked it on our grill. the restaurant was closed at that time. and he didn't even clean up his mess. so, yeah. I came in that night, after dropping alex off at work, and leslie's telling me about him making food, and jesse's telling me about nothing being done all day. I told leslie that she had to let management know, and she did. so, monday morning, he was suspended. and no one comes back from suspension. :)
maybe this'll scare the rest of the employees into actually doing their jobs. *feigns a shocked gasp*
