Over 60 percent of Finns opens their cell phones to the self selected marketing communication and time says Research Manager Kirsti Vilkuna from CashOp Europe Ltd.
Over 50 percent customers who receive marketing messages wants to get the messages which they find interesting at least once in a month and every fifth even every week says Vilkuna.
Over 80 percent of Finns wants also to participate in cell phone based polls and marketing researches. Customers feel that feedback systems and researches which are made with cell phones is very modern and easy way to influence to different matters.
According to the research, the participating in researches, which are made with cell phones, is very easy, modern and quick for customers. More evidence to this is that the amounts of answers continue to stay high in all the researches which we have done says Research Manager Vilkuna.

The research was done during spring 2007 and the target was over 30 000 Finnish mobile service users in the age group 18-79.
