Tuesday: 30 minutes stretching
Wednesday: 35 minutes jogging and 30 minutes workout (arms/tummy)
Thursday: 30 minutes workout (buttocks/tummy)
Saturday: 30 minutes workout (buttocks/tummy)

I think I want now to start more serious training, meaning that I start to jog three times a week and not just once a week. I want to lose some extra weight which I have gained, and brisk walking and slow jogging is to way to do that.

That is true. :) And with my history of working out (or the lack of), it's a wonder that I do anything at all. ;P

But you know what?! I've started to like jogging! I'm still horrible at it (I can jog like 100m at a time :P) but I like it!
