Direct Sale- Dresses Etc

Same rules as previous post. These were my grandmother's. She was a clotheshorse and took exceptional care of her clothing. Unless otherwise stated, these are in excellent condition. I tried to put a year with each item. Most were made by my great uncle.

You know, that hip measurement seemed wrong as I was writing it, but everything took so long to measure I did'nt go back and check. Hips are actually 38" (19" laying flat). I can't tell you exactly what type of material it is because it was hand made so there are no tags. My great uncle paid off his debts to my grandparents by making clothes for my grandmother. It is a very soft chiffon over a red satin (or rayon, did they have rayon back then?) underlayer.

I'll consider it and if no-one makes a better offer in a couple days I'll take it. It is a beautiful dress. I wish I was smaller!

There have'nt been any more offers on that dress. Were you still interested in offering $50 for it?
