Just heard about Treatbot, the karaoke ice cream truck that looks like a robot. Srsly. Apparently, if you get over 90 on a karaoke song on the back of the truck, you get free ice cream! On Yelp, there are some critics of the concept, but everyone gushes about the flavors, including horchata, ube (a Pacific island fruit?), and Bollywood pistachio (pistachio with cardamom).
Treatbot will be at San Jose's Music in the Park this summer, so some of those performances will have to make it onto my calendar...
