Tarvyn is a demon; he is a Synn demon fated to bring pleasure in the bedroom, but his father Pahele has asked him to go to a battlefield of the late seventeen century and help the souls of the dying soldiers to leave the earth in peace.
But he spent all his energy doing so and he need to regain it making sex. And among the soldiers arrived to help the survivors he finds Bailey, an English Captain, who has denied for all his life his desire for men. But Tarvyn can read his mind and he knows the truth.
But Bailey's men and some monks coming to help recognize in Tarvyn the demon, even if his earth features are those of a young and blond man, more like an angel then a demon. So Tarvyn is obliged to take Bailey with him on Niflheim, the land of the dead, the Hell. Because he knows that Bailey is his soul mate: but to be his real soul mate, Bailey has to rescue the soul of Tarvyn and only a true lover can do that, or die if not succeeded.
This is a brief novel full of myth and imagination. Perfectly settled in an unusual time period, it mix well paranormal and history. Reading the blurb you can expect more sex, and instead you will find only some scenes, and not in so graphic detail. But you will be not disappointed: it is really an enjoyble tale.
