David Scott Richardson (1962 - September 29, 1992)
Writer and story editor David Scott Richardson was a supervisor on The Simpsons, writer on The Flintstones (1994) and appeared in Lust for a Vampire (1971) as the second villager. He died of AIDS on September 29, 1992, in Los Angeles at 30.
An MFA graduate playwright from Columbia University, Richardson was a story editor on the ABC sitcom "Family Matters." An episode he wrote entitled "The Quilt" won him an NAACP Image Award nomination.
