Yesterday was my dad's birthday, it was also my birthday. And in addition to our birthdays, my uncle passed away from cancer.
It's a sign, I'm not quite sure of what but I'm going to take it like one and try to be a little more health conscious. I was supposed to be doing that anyway but now that I have the jam packed schedule from h-e-double-hockeysticks I'm slacking in a multitude of ways.
