Im still happily enjoying the Gym at least every other day and I feel absolutely FAB. Not only is my body a lot harder than it was and my stomach a good deal flatter...its been really good for my random rib as well...
My random rib you say?
Yes my random rib!
For the last year I've had one evil rib that decides to act up when Im sitting. And it gets really uncomfortable to the point where I have to get up and walk around or lie down to ease it. All part of Ehler-Danlos and nothing staying where it should!!
But for the last two months? NADA. And I swear its my workouts at the gym along with Tai-chi and Yoga that are making the difference.
Heres hoping it remains a good rib in the future :)
