think of a great man for me.
A while ago I mentioned a neighbor of mine who was ill. At first he was retaining water and had major issues with his knee. He stabilized but was sent to a nursing facility to live since he required much more constant attention. He sustained some more injuries and was continuing to have more pains.
Through all of this my dad would come to see him, take him to appointments, argue with nurses for him, and stand by him. The nurses began to think he was related, and because of his proximity to our neighbor, and his constant communication with the actual family members, he sort of has become family in a way.
Now I'm not superstitious but I do understand the power of the mind. On monday my father told our neighbor he needed to behave for monday and tuesday as my father would be spending that time with my mother, Tuesday being her birthday. And he did. It wasn't until midnight tuesday that he began to have major problems. He was non communicative and bleeding internally and was put on life support. Today we are to be told his fate.
I don't pray, but if you do, could you think of him. Ask that he be comfortable. and pray for my dad, this is taking a lot out of him.

He passed at about 1:30 - 2 pm today. At least he has no more pain.
