being at westtown kind of warps your brain. it makes you think that things are normal there, taht taht is how life is supposed to be or at least relatively so. but you know what strange? you never go on a date. i think that in teh four years taht i was there i went on one actual date, it was more like:
"i like you."
"i like you too"
"let's go make out"
ZING
and taht is normal, tahts not real life. i had an actual date tonight, and it was excellent, just excellent. we ate at this meditteranean restaurant in hyde park taht i have probably passed a million times but have never honestly gave it a second look, it was raining so we went back to her appartment and then we just talked for like four hours (among other things). i am quite happy. when we left her appartment, it was snowing with a vengeance, i don't think there could have been a better way than this.

play is going well, she is in the play as the lights designer, so taht could get awkward (but i don't think it really matters if other people talk about my life) and teh play is going well, we figure out costumes tomorrow.
