I don't know if anyone else on here watched the closing ceremony last night but I did, I sat through George Michael (whose current music is crap imo), Annie Lennox who was very good but had really weird staging with this boat and the Spice Girls who were like my heros when I was little but really should of left Posh at home.
And then after about two and a half hours finally our boys came on. I watched the whole thing with bated breath fearing I would just burst into tears, firstly because it really has been too long since I saw them perform and secondly of course for Gary. I just want to say how proud I am of him, I know I don't actually know him but i'm still proud. Everyone would have understood if he didn't perform, of course they would, but the fact that he did just goes to show how brave, wonderful and amazing that man is.
I was going to say a load of crap about Robbie but I really don't want to make this post about him. (In case you haven't guessed at the moment i'm not a Williams fan, it comes and goes.)
I will however mention Jason's 'dancing'. Errr, I think he was drunk :)
