Sighting at Palihouse, Los Angeles

Got this in a google alert. A very tiny pic of Elijah at the Palihouse, Los Angeles. It doesn't say when the pic was taken. Behind the cut is the pic with info about the Palihouse and below that I've enlarged the pic a bit, with very blurry results, but I was trying to see what he has on the table in front of him. At first I thought it was a chessboard!! Is he holding a pair of headphones? I really can't make it out but at least he's ok for drinks - he seems to have three on the go there!!

ETA: Mystery solved - the pic was taken 04 March this year and is one of a set from an Art of Elysium event which were posted here!
