(no subject)
So, yes, I miss NYC terribly. I had the best time and met the best people. I came to a conclusion, which has been verified by numerous others. NYC girls are lame and rude and terrible. NYC guys on the other hand, are actually much nicer, polite, and respectful. Which is weird and not what I was expecting.
One day I was catcalled by a big group of construction workers. I felt so cliche, it was hilarious. They called me little one. Ohhh boy.
Anyway. Today Kris and I went to lunch and then Target. We're going to NYC over Memorial Day weekend, which I cannot wait for.
Then I picked up Sarah and we drove around and went to River City. She ate, I didn't, but we talked and caught up. I dropped her off, working at Libbie 7-11. Except we got out at 11:30 because we had a line out the door all night. Then I drove to Alverser and had to count money/do all the manager stuff because no manager was working that night. Then me/josh/sarah went to sheetz, took funny pictures, I came out, caught up on all the lj/dj/myspace things. Now I'm going to go watch hours of Tivo'd SVU.
Tomorrow I'm having coffee with Nicole, then working at Alverser 7-midnight. Saturday I work 12-5 Libbie, Sunday I work 11-3 Libbie. Monday-Thursday I work 7-11 Libbie, Friday 7-midnight Alverser etc and then repeat! repeat! repeat! for the next few eternities. That's okay, I need money for NY. It's completely 100% worth it. Plus, I got my raise, so I actually feel like my paycheck reflects how much I work.
And I'm off. Hope everyone had a good break. I did.
