Phoenix Regional
There's one more day to go in the Phoenix regional, but we're not playing in it. I had a lot of fun, and Adam and I won a bunch of points. I scored two beers today, with a chance at a third, but the contract was unmakeable. Silly Adam passed me out in my preempt of two spades, instead of lowering me to one so I could get beer. I met a nice hungarian couple who both teach math in Utah. We edged them out to win the BCD pairs today, and they wanted to play on a team with us tomorrow but we're leaving to make the Dodger game. I really enjoyed spending time with Adam, and making him buy me lots of beers! It looked for a while like I was the only junior here, but then Brad Campbell showed up. And I played on a team with Jade!
