Southern psyche
We've had this old wheel sitting out by the side of the road for a couple of weeks now. I guess that bulk pickup comes once a year or I had inadvertently created a roadside Superfund site. After I finally got around to putting the second new wheel on the boat trailer, yesterday, the roadside pile had now started to resemble a young Michelin Man. I told Wendy that we probably needed to sweeten the pot a bit, so we threw an old UPS on top of everything.
Five minutes ago I hear some thumping sounds from outside and then the "putt putt putt" of an old truck accelerating away. I go to the window and see that my prizes have been claimed.
