"Fair Tax Proposal"
From what I read of it, this is a proposal to eliminate personal income taxes, corporate welfare, subsidies etc, and replace it with one Federal Sales tax of 23%.
I havn't looked into it that much, so I apologize for a lack of summary, although here is the link.
