it's been a while....

I haven't written anything in here for a while. Life has just been too busy I suppose. My kinsy sweet and I have been busy with so many things, mainly his school work, dinners with his parents or my mom, birthdays for parental units, and Thanksgiving. The main reason for this post is because on the 4th which was Derek's Dad's birthday, Derek also found out that he got the job at Accuweather which was his top job hope!!!!!! I am so very proud of him and I can't thank God enough! I had prayed and prayed and prayed for him to get that job so that we could stay in the area since I know he wanted to and it would make things easier. When my kinsy got turned down from another prospect, I told him I realized that it was because God most likely had something better in store. Somewhere in the back of my mind I wondered if it would be Accuweather, and it was!!!! Events like this really make me feel that my faith is definately strong and worth having. The future just keeps getting brighter right now and things keep falling into place (with the exception of work which just keeps getting worse, I can't wait to leave there!) . I am so excited to spend as much time with my dearest as I possibly can.

Thanksgiving was also a very fun time. I got to meet my sweetie's sister Katy and hang out with her. She is so very talented, sweet, and fun! I can't wait to see her again. It was wonderful to feel like a part of a loving family like that and all sit down and eat yummy food and just hang out and talk. It was also nice for my dear heart to have someone since usually he was alone among other couples.

Now it is on to Christmas shopping and getting things together for the next holiday!
