I'm surprised that The Guns-And-Dope-Party isn't making use of iconography of the late Emperor Joshua Norton as an example of their "Everyone can be a Tsar" line. I'd think he's be a perfect example.

Really hope you don't mean you're NOT ALLOWED to vote for candidates, especially in general elections. Hope you mean "no candidate meets my exacting standards"...and how do I start an arm of the Party in SLCUT?

I dunno about SCLUT and the Guns-And-Dope Party. I mean, they'd be OK with the guns bit, but they're right down on dope in those parts, from what I understand.

OTOH, I could be wrong. After all, a while back a Utah jury acquitted a video store owner of pandering obscenity because he was renting out "adult" videos. Nearly dropped my teeth when I read about that one.

I mean, "there are no candidates listed on my ballot." I don't get to vote for candidates in primary elections. I do get to vote for them in general elections, and I generally toss a coin between "the liberal frontrunner" (likely to be Obama) or "the wingnut" (if Colbert's on the ballot, he's likely to get my vote).
