Yep, yep! Told Robert the good news, and he's urging me to be very pragmatic, though, and wants me to not get a PC at this time. "Invest in your life, Mom, not a computer." I know he's right, but I can't help but want to eat my cake and have it still (but wanting and doing are two different things and I know he's right) and this is a heck of a deal.

Will be calling the repair guy around here to find out what it would take to do more fixing on this place to make it more comfortable. It's not easy, but I'll be good.
