Happy hump day!
This morning is off to a roaring start. *sarcasm*
Just paid my bills, or paid what I could on them. Thank goodness that I have that appointment with the Energy Assistance people on October 27th and that I have that rescheduled phone appointment with Social Security this afternoon. I am hoping that things get better soon.
I had to stop re-downloading as I realized that I am running out of hard drive space. Another search of the house for the external hard drive turns up nothing. I tried calling Alan several times last night. Either went straight to voice mail or rang 4 times and then went to voice mail. So, when the phone is on, he's still not answering my calls. Nor is he returning my calls as I did leave a message asking if he accidentally took it with him, or if he remembered where it was put when he plugged his hard drive into my computer.
Anyhow, it will work out somehow. Just a glitch on the radar is all. Got my eye on a couple of computers on Amazon.com that I added to my Amazon.com Wish List if I get back pay from Soc. Sec. and if there's enough left after catching up bills that I need to spend down... yeah... But those are big ifs, so I'm not counting any chickens until they are hatched. Just thinking wishfully is all. *soft hopeful smile*
But, in a few hours, hopefully I'll know more. And as soon as I get done with that phone meeting, I want to go out for a walk. I am going stir crazy.
