Went to see Tim Freedman in Newtown on Sunday night, and all I can say is bloody brilliant! Each gig I see I continue to be impressed. I mean, the guy's a brilliant songwriter, has a great voice, a good piano player, and great with the crowd. The gigs are always worth the money... just a shame there's not more parking around Newtown. Although I suppose even if there was the spaces would always be full. That's why you have to be crafty and find a cool back lane...
The building I work in seems to have no insulation, and doesn't have air-conditioning. Consequently, when the weather is hot, so is the inside of the building. It makes for some rather lethargic afternoons at work...
