Upgrading a LTD iMac DV
Well, the drive crashed in my G3 iMac and it has been replaced with a 120 GB, the largest capacity that model can comprehend, for $150 installed (student rate) by kginger.com. But it can't run the latest Final Cut Pro (5), or 4.5 (HD) or even 4.1, all of which I have spurious ways of installing. So what I need is 3, which I still have the application file for, but have updated the system ID too far for it to work. So I need discs to install it proper.
My old friend Jamal Qutub of nimpsy.com, the old starcantdead.com and the animator of Knucklesamwich, featuring my Drum Buddy with Dance Pants' music, has it, but as old discs will do, has disappeared. Any suggestions?
