...so what's the deal with Oasis? And Bush? And Blur? I don't think they're *that* great...kinda bland actually.
Bush has one good song. Glycerine. And despite their claim, from what music I've heard Oasis CAN'T be the UK's best band. Noel saying they're better than the Beatles... WHATEVER. My friend eringryffin burned me "(What's The Story) Morning Glory?" in 2000... and I liked it. Not my favorite album in the world or anything, but it was pretty consistently catchy. Found out it's most fans' favorite but imo their ONLY decent album :/ I got "Be Here Now" and "Don't Believe The Truth" and was greatly disappointed. The guitar work is nice... but that's about it. Maybe my hang-up is because Liam can't sing... that scratchy voice was made for "She's Electric" but not much else... *shudders & dodges all lovely Brit friends' fists*
I like Modest Mouse (Aqualung! The Bravery! Doves! The Killers! Bloc Party! Queens of The Stone Age! Snow Patrol!) much better ^____________^
Anyway, I miss my M E M P H I S P E E P S ! ! ;_______; Someday I will move back to Memphis, that's where my heart is. I want to take road trips there and to New York, but that requires money. YES. I have a job interview tomorrow...which leads to money... which leads to putting gas in my empty car... which means driving :) We'll see... I JUST WANT A JOB! ;__;
